Refund policy

Each Kidsroom Wall Art piece is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced individually after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong product.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

your order number;
a description of the problem;
clear photographs of the item;
photographs of the packaging and shipping label.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund.

Lost orders

If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@kidsroomwallart.com. We will investigate the shipment and, when confirmed as lost, arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered production. Once production has begun, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Incorrect address or unclaimed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned, disposed of, or cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was not claimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of producing and shipping a replacement.

Personalized products

Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
